London- Day One of the Conference

Hi everyone. All of the seniors would be excited to know that I saw Michael- the principal from Outgrange School earlier today. He said his kids were so impressed with TBA and had so much fun with our seniors. They loved Alwyn's dance and thought all of the TBA kids were 'awesome'. One of their teachers will begin working and webcasting with Ms. Radden's class sometimes next week. Outgrange and TBA will become official international partners beginning next week.

I have enjoyed the past few days here. London's subway system is so much like Boston's T but better organized. After riding their 'Underground' transit for a couple of days, I feel I know my way around the City. London is amazing diverse. While sitting on a train, you can hear 4 to 5 languages spoken at any one time.

Today I was able to see the House of Parliaments, Buckingham Palace, and a theatre show called "Spamalot'. The City is rich in history and traditioner. Londoners are very polite and helpful. I have a ton of pictures but will have to wait until Friday to upload them. We also rode on the London Eye which is the largest wheel ride in the world--135 km high. From the top you can see all of London- amazing.

I will write again tomorrow. Hope all is well back at TBA. Love Mrs. Skipper:)

I loved Spamalot! That's a great show - saw it in Boston.
Safe travels and have fun!
